COE building

The entire Teacher Education faculty takes great pride in offering this new doctorate. As you browse our website, you will find the necessary information about our doctoral program, Ph.D. faculty, and requirements for applying.

We anticipate that our doctoral students will study issues of teaching and learning within diverse social contexts in language, science, and mathematics and the changes that are possible in our schools and communities as the result of research. Our administration and faculty hope that you find us a community of faculty and students committed to improving the education of local, national and international communities. We look forward to working with you.

We invite you to visit the graduate admissions home page and the graduate catalog for additional information on university requirements.

The deadline to apply is Monday, March 2, 2015 and only completed applications submitted any time before or on the deadline will be reviewed. Applications that remain incomplete past the deadline and completed applications submitted after the deadline will be deferred and reviewed for next year’s admission cycle.
